WhoCanBeThere
Connect volunteers with opportunites

About

WhoCanBeThere is a proactive volunteer management software. Its mission is to handle all of the repetitive tasks and make jobs easier as a coordinator. The software organizes all volunteer contacts based on service interests and availability. Managers can create sign-up forms for volunteer opportunities and reach out to relevant contacts to fill all spots.

All volunteers will get a text or email reminder before their commitment so that there aren’t any no-shows. Administrators can send monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to contacts, informing them of upcoming opportunities to get involved. It also helps leaders track each person’s volunteer hours and create summary reports of all activities.
